| ov_blues UKC Forum Member Registered: February 2007 Location: Pomeroy, Ohio Posts: 2772 | I fed it in the winter time a couple of years agone when it got actually cold and the dogs gained weight on it quickly. Practiced Friends dog food is fabricated by Nutreena. When I compared the ingredients of the River Run 30 twenty to the ingredients of Adept Friends 30 20 they were identical. Same feed only in a unlike bag. Some of the Practiced Friends brand canis familiaris food is identical to the River Run, some identical to Nutreena's Loyall brand, and some mixes are specific to the Practiced Friends make but all are made by Nutreena and put in a Adept Friends bag for Rural King to accept their own brand of dog food. I've fed the Adept Friends grain gratis, the 30 20 and also a couple of the other mixes to some of dogs at dissimilar times with decent to good results. With that said I accept switched all of my dogs dorsum to The Pride Pro Series blends of feed. __________________ John Smith Ohio Valley Bluetick Kennel Report this mail service to a moderator | IP: Logged | 09-15-2018 04:11 PM | | | |

| ov_blues UKC Forum Fellow member Registered: February 2007 Location: Pomeroy, Ohio Posts: 2772 | The Good Friends grain gratis is equally good as Diamond and costs a little less per pound. I believe it'due south amend than the Valu Pak grain free merely it costs just a little more per pound. Biggest matter is that if somebody had a Rural King in their area they are usually open up afterwards and on weekends so it'southward easier to finish and get when needed. That's one of the biggest reasons I fed their feed for awhile. __________________ John Smith Ohio Valley Bluetick Kennel Written report this mail to a moderator | IP: Logged | 09-15-2018 09:43 PM | | | |

| Richard Lambert UKC Forum Member Registered: Aug 2004 Location: Chattanooga, Tn Posts: 21867 | Why do dogs need thirty% protein now when all that they used to go was 21%? 10 years ago 21% was "loftier protein" domestic dog food and dogs did just every bit skillful on it. Why do dogs today need 30% protein? Purina has supposedly done all of the inquiry then they are making 28-thirty% poly peptide dog feed. But they are however making and selling 21% Canis familiaris Chow as well. If dogs all of a sudden need xxx% poly peptide in their feed and then why is Purina withal selling 21% Domestic dog Chow? Wayne, Rural Rex sells Loyall and I recollect they have a Salmon and Potato blend. The Loyall blends are also sold in a Good Friends bag got a couple dollars less, both made by Nutreena. Loyall is supposed to be their premium blend. Every bit you know the 30/20 River Run and the 30/20 Skillful Friends are the same feed made past Nutreena only in different bags.
